Option 2: Pay later (COD – delivery and collection of money):
Step 1: Buyers find out information about products and services posted.
Step 2: Buyer authenticates the order (phone, message, email).
Step 3: Seller confirms Buyer information.
Step 4: The seller ships the goods.
Step 5: Buyers receive goods and pay by cash, domestic ATM card or credit card.
Option 3: Payment by bank transfer:
Step 1: Buyers find out information about products and services posted.
Step 2: Buyer authenticates the order (phone, message, email).
Step 3: Seller confirms Buyer information.
Step 4: Buyer pays.
Step 5: The seller ships the goods.
Step 6: Buyer receives goods.
Note: Loyal customers or regular purchases will be considered and placed by Baobieig in a short time. Debt details will be proposed and consulted by the business department when the customer meets the conditions.
3. SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery and shipping process
baobieig.com delivers nationwide. When receiving orders from buyers and after confirming purchase information by phone. Baobieig.com will conduct delivery at the request of customers:

Delivery to over 63 provinces in Vietnam from 1-3 days.
4. EXCHANGE/RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Return and Refund Policy
For defective, damaged, or misdelivered shipments. Baobieig will check the amount of defective goods, make a record and make a refund, exchange or refund with the correct quantity, value of defective goods, wrong delivered goods that have been checked.
For missing shipments, Baobieig will check, make a record and deliver more goods or refund customers.
